Werkverstand shapes AI training around your team’s actual tasks. The result is understandable working rules, practical exercises and documented next learning steps.

From idea into operations

A clear next step.

You know what is being built, how it is checked and who takes over.

01

Understand

One task. A clear goal.

We establish the starting point, owners and intended output.

02

Assess

Ask the right questions first.

Data, permissions, quality and effort shape the right approach.

03

Connect

Components become a workflow.

We build, test and document the agreed process.

04

Operate

Make it dependable every day.

Your team takes over with approvals, fallback and clear ownership.

Build knowledge around roles and tasks

A sales team needs to recognize different errors from developers or HR. We identify systems used, typical inputs and potential consequences of incorrect output. This produces learning goals that can be practiced through actual work. Prior knowledge and uncertainty are considered without reducing employees to a blanket score.

Practice with cases where mistakes can be recognized

Exercises include an unsupported claim, unsuitable data input and a draft with external consequences. Participants improve the brief, verify sources and decide when a human must take over. Systems use approved examples. A polished prompt matters less than a correctly understood task.

Organize literacy development transparently

Current Commission guidance on Article 4 describes measures supporting AI literacy development in the context of use. We use that guidance for learning goals and documentation without certifying a particular individual level or blanket legal compliance. Required domain and legal assessments remain separately assigned.

Keep a useful standard after the workshop

You receive exercises, working rules, attendance or delivery documentation and a transfer plan. An owner collects new questions and reviews system or data-flow changes. Our local literacy check helps identify personal learning priorities, while the AI policy template supports shared rules.

Keep it verifiable
