Separate personal use from team administration
Anthropic describes Pro as a paid individual plan and directs organizations toward Team and Enterprise offerings. We therefore check the account’s actual role first. Several employees do not receive a shared login. Contract, access and data ownership must fit the task before templates and connections are configured.
Make one daily workflow useful
We choose a recurring task with manageable data, such as a research brief or document summary. It receives task instructions, an output format and rules for unknown information. Its value appears in a reviewable file or answer that fits your existing work.
Test templates on real examples
Setup covers a normal case and a difficult exception using cleaned data. We check completeness, rework and behavior when a source is missing. Personal access receives only required permissions. Sending to third parties and binding statements remain with the responsible person.
Move to another setup when requirements grow
You receive editable templates and concise instructions. If tasks need team sharing, employees need centralized administration or more systems need connecting, we reassess the next setup.
