Verify access before starting the project
Current Anthropic help describes Dispatch as a limited beta for certain Pro and Max accounts. We confirm visible access in the intended account before planning the workflow. If it is unavailable, we assess a suitable Cowork cloud workflow. The service does not sell an activation that Werkverstand cannot control.
Describe one mobile task completely
An initial task might create a briefing from an approved local project folder. We define inputs, allowed tools, result storage and how the requester is informed. Desktop files, connectors and applications receive deliberate permissions. Mobile access must not create an unnoticed shortcut to broader business access.
Test sleep mode and connection failures
Dispatch requires an awake desktop with the app open. We therefore test the intended workflow including an interruption. It must be clear whether a task completed, remains pending or failed. Acceptance opens the created file and checks it against the brief; a push notification alone is insufficient.
Document boundaries for work on the move
You receive concise guidance for assignment, correction, stopping and revocation. Sending, publishing and deletion are handled as separate actions. Before setup, the system check helps distinguish mobile assignment from independent cloud execution and select the appropriate operating model.
