Map devices and accounts first
We check operating systems, managed devices, existing accounts and the responsible administrator. Installation uses the official source. Anthropic lists desktop versions for macOS, Windows and Linux; capabilities and beta status are checked for each platform. Personal and business usage are not silently mixed within the same workflow.
Enable only the capabilities the task needs
Starting from the first task, we determine necessary files and connectors. A bounded project folder serves as the workspace and outputs are stored predictably. Before expanding access, we inspect the additional data that would become visible. Signing into an application is not blanket permission for every reachable item.
Complete a full working cycle
The trial creates a concrete file such as a summary from approved documents. Acceptance checks sources, storage and usability. The same task is then repeated with a missing file or revoked connection. The team learns what failure looks like and when the manual fallback is required.
Record onboarding and update ownership
You receive concise working instructions, documented account ownership and a list of approved connections. We demonstrate correction, cancellation and revocation. Updates and staff changes receive a named owner. The system check helps distinguish whether desktop configuration is sufficient or a team or API solution is needed.
