Claude in practice

Set up Claude Cowork for dependable document work

We set up a concrete Cowork workflow with suitable data, clear output formats, approvals and practical onboarding.

WERKVERSTAND / CONNECTING INTELLIGENCE

The essential answer

The Cowork setup connects a recurring task to permitted files and tools. The result is a tested workflow your team can understand and review.

From idea into operations

A clear next step.

You know what is being built, how it is checked and who takes over.

01

Understand

One task. A clear goal.

We establish the starting point, owners and intended output.

02

Assess

Ask the right questions first.

Data, permissions, quality and effort shape the right approach.

03

Connect

Components become a workflow.

We build, test and document the agreed process.

04

Operate

Make it dependable every day.

Your team takes over with approvals, fallback and clear ownership.

Start with the file your team actually needs

We choose a concrete output such as a weekly briefing, structured proposal input or a presentation from approved metrics. The template defines mandatory information and source presentation. This makes it possible to check whether Cowork completed the task rather than merely producing a convincing-looking file.

Connect cloud and local work deliberately

Current Cowork help distinguishes cloud work from capabilities requiring a connected desktop app. We document the folders, connectors and tools your task needs. Setup uses a small approved data scope. Broad access to an entire drive is not a prerequisite for a useful pilot.

Tie review rules to the concrete output

Spreadsheet calculations are compared with their source, while briefing claims are traced to documents. Missing data appears as an open question. External sending or changes to business systems require separate approval. The team practices this boundary using normal cases and one deliberately incomplete input.

Establish the workflow within the team

You receive task instructions, templates, an access overview and acceptance evidence. Onboarding covers repeating, correcting and stopping a task. Recurring execution is added only after a complete run works reliably. The system check helps select the first document process with sufficiently clear sources.
