Discuss the bottleneck before the product
We start with a recurring process: who supplies which inputs, where does rework occur, and how does your team recognize a good result? Existing Claude accounts are a starting point, but they do not predetermine the solution. A rule, an existing integration or another AI system may prove more suitable and will inform the recommendation.
A shortlist with clear reasoning
You receive a decision brief covering the use case, required data, possible product access and the main open questions. The official plan overview informs access selection but does not replace assessment of your contractual and administration needs. License and consumption costs are considered separately from our implementation scope.
Define a pilot that can be evaluated
For the preferred route, we define test cases, expected output, approval and budget boundaries. The team then knows the criteria for continuing, adjusting or stopping. A pilot might evaluate proposal drafts from approved service components. Contractual commitments and sending remain explicitly with the responsible person.
