Start with the decision the interface should support
What decision should your team make more effectively: prioritize projects, compare metrics or track tasks? We identify the information needed and build a clear structure with understandable labels. Unnecessary charts and metrics are omitted so the actual task stays visible.
Distinguish legacy live artifacts from new artifacts
Anthropic changed the artifacts system in August 2026. Existing live artifacts and certain organizational configurations receive separate treatment. Before building, we identify the variant actually available and plan migration where needed. A template is not promoted using capabilities from a different account.
Define values, sources and visibility
Each metric has a definition, time range and source. Zero, missing data and technical errors display differently. For connected sources, we inspect viewer permissions and the intended audience. Stored content is reviewed too. Visually hiding information is not the same as protecting it.
Test different roles and screen sizes
Acceptance compares values with their sources and opens the artifact using the intended user roles. Small screens, keyboard operation and clear error messages are included. You receive the agreed working version and maintenance guidance. The system check clarifies whether an artifact is sufficient or a separate application with different infrastructure is needed.
