AI in practice
Controlled access to CRM, knowledge and internal tools: we plan MCP connections with clear permissions and reviewable results.

The essential answer
Werkverstand develops or integrates an MCP server for specific required functions. Scope includes tool contracts, authorization, error behavior and an end-to-end test.
From idea into operations
You know what is being built, how it is checked and who takes over.
We establish the starting point, owners and intended output.
Data, permissions, quality and effort shape the right approach.
We build, test and document the agreed process.
Your team takes over with approvals, fallback and clear ownership.
We begin by identifying the missing function: reading order status, searching approved knowledge or preparing a CRM draft. Existing interfaces are assessed before building a server. A few clear business tools are easier to review and operate than a universal connection supporting arbitrary actions.
MCP describes tools and their schemas; business authorization remains the application’s responsibility. We define allowed inputs, minimal outputs and treatment of other users’ records. Authentication and data access are tested separately. A successful connection must not imply access to every customer or project.
Tests cover authorized and unauthorized accounts, unknown identifiers, expired authentication and understandable errors without secrets. Writes add approval, duplicate protection and state verification. Acceptance demonstrates that a user achieves the intended effect without receiving additional data.
You receive configuration, tool descriptions, test evidence and guidance for updates, revocation and incidents. We agree who monitors source-interface changes and who revokes access. The system check clarifies the need, while our MCP guide explains the information required for a dependable connection.
